WEB DESIGN SERVICE AGREEMENT In Sight Web Co — Mirror ImagAZ Detailing 1. Services Provided In Sight Web Co ("Provider") agrees to design, develop, and launch a custom website for Mirror ImagAZ Detailing ("Client"). This includes initial site setup, responsive mobile design, and basic SEO optimization. The site will be hosted and maintained by Provider for the duration of this agreement. 2. Pricing & Payment Terms Initial Setup Fee: $500.00 (due at checkout via Stripe) Monthly Service Fee: $59.99/month (via Stripe, billed every 30 days thereafter, first charge 30 days after setup fee) The setup fee is due in full at checkout. The monthly service fee begins 30 days after the setup fee is processed and is billed automatically via Stripe every 30 days thereafter. This is a locked founding client rate for the duration of the agreement. 3. Payment Grace Period & Non-Payment Non-Payment Grace Period: 7 days. If a monthly payment fails or is not received by the 7th of the month, you are in default. Site Suspension: On the 8th day of non-payment, Provider has the right to suspend the website (make it inaccessible). Site Takedown: After 30 days of non-payment, Provider may remove the website entirely. Data may not be recoverable. 4. Google Business Profile (GBP) & Domain Setup Scenario A — You Currently Have a Website & Domain: If you already have an active domain and website, Provider will update your DNS records to point to the new In Sight Web Co site. You must provide access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) or authorize Provider to make DNS changes. Your existing domain URL will already be linked in your GBP profile — but additional GBP updates may be required. If this is the case Provider will also need access to GBP. Scenario B — Provider Creates a New Domain for You: If you need a new domain, Provider will handle domain registration, setup, and all DNS configuration. You will only need to add the new domain URL to your existing GBP listing (simple one-step process — Provider will send instructions). Scenario C — You Do Not Have a GBP Listing: If you do not have an active GBP profile, you must set one up before website launch. Provider will provide guidance on GBP setup. Once verified, you will add your domain URL to the listing. Requirement: Full website launch is contingent on your domain URL being live and linked in your GBP profile. 5. Domain Ownership & Control You retain ownership of your domain name. Provider will manage DNS settings necessary to host the website. If your domain is with a third-party registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), you are responsible for providing DNS access or authorizing Provider to make changes. Any delays caused by third-party domain access issues are not Provider's responsibility. 6. Website Maintenance & Updates The monthly fee includes hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, and basic site maintenance. Major redesigns or significant feature additions may require additional fees negotiated separately. 7. Term & Termination This agreement is month-to-month after the initial setup. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must retrieve a backup of your website content. Provider will suspend the site 60 days after the final payment is received. If you terminate and owe outstanding fees, Provider may take the site offline immediately. 8. Limitation of Liability Provider is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages. Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. 9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to resolve disagreements in good faith before escalating to arbitration.
